Andres Löo

Andres Löo is a former member of Estonian rock explorer Luarvik Luarvik and member of Metabor performance group. He has been involved in the underground music movement in Estonia in the mid-1990s and late-1990s, he organised underground- and jazz events, while practicing Dj-Turntabalism under the alias A as for Alfa. He has carried out research into the regulation and economics of music, space and reasonable objects. He has also been playing drums and other instruments in various bands. The most important of them are Luarvik Luarvik and his solo project Ars Intel. At present, Andres Löo is working on the theoretical and practical consequences of the emergence of the Simple But Not Simpleminded phenomenon. His actuall play is a combination of electronic processing and live drums that is influenced and the summation of his wide experiences
